Promotional offers

Promotional offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and on participating products, while supplies last. Exclusions may apply.

Offers cannot be combined with any other coupon or offer. Only one discount can be applied per order.

Offers are not valid on prior purchases, taxes, shipping and handling charges, or gift cards. All standard return and exchange policies apply, and any refund on a product that affects offer eligibility will be adjusted accordingly.

Peppras reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offer at any time without notice. Other restrictions may apply.

Shipping

We offer free Tracked Express shipping on orders over $60, calculated after discounts are applied, before taxes, and excluding e-gift cards. This applies to all four countries we ship to. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

One code per order. Our checkout accepts a single discount per order. If you have more than one code, apply the one that gives you the larger saving — the second will not stack on top of it.

How can I get a discount?

You can shop our Bundles and Sale sections to find a reduced price at any time.

First-time customers can sign up to our email list at the bottom of any page to receive a first-order discount.

Promo codes cannot be stacked, and are not eligible on gift cards, bundles, or already discounted final sale items. Some codes are valid on your first order only.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one promo code per order is allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, special promotions, product discounts and sales.

Promo codes cannot be used on bundles, pre-orders, or already marked-down merchandise.

I forgot to use my discount code! Can I still apply it to my order?

Unfortunately, promo codes can only be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply a code retroactively to an order once it has been placed.

What should I do if my promo code is not working?

First, check that the code is valid for the items in your cart. Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or offers, and are not usable on gift cards, bundles and kits, pre-orders, or already discounted final sale items.

Some codes only apply once your cart reaches a minimum subtotal, calculated before tax and shipping. Check the fine print of the offer.
