Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Original tags must be attached.
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Free Returns on US Orders

We offer one free return or exchange per order on US shipments.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@mystore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
Pack your items securely and drop off the package at any USPS location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, include the new item details in your return email. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customs duties paid on the original order are non-refundable.
